How long does it actually take to set up?
Most coordinators have their portal live and their first event published within 15–20 minutes of signing up. There's no technical setup required — if you can fill out a form online, you can set up VolunteerFlow.
Do my volunteers need to create an account?
Volunteers create a free account through your branded portal when they apply. It takes under 2 minutes and gives them access to their personal dashboard, event calendar, and hour history.
Can I import my existing volunteer list?
Yes. You can import volunteers via CSV from any spreadsheet. We also support direct import from Google Sheets. Existing volunteers receive an invite to claim their profile.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
At the end of your trial you'll choose a plan. Your data is always yours — if you decide not to continue, you can export everything at any time. No lock-in.
Is there a limit on volunteers or events?
