Help nonprofits work smarter
If you work with nonprofits, the VolunteerFlow Partner Program gives you a way to introduce organizations to a platform built to simplify volunteer operations: records, applications, scheduling, check-in, hours and reporting in one place.
Nonprofits ask the people they trust
Most small and mid-sized nonprofits do not shop for software on their own. They ask their consultant, their grant writer, the agency that built their website, or their state association. The program is for those people: a simple, honest way to recommend VolunteerFlow when it fits, and to have the introduction recorded.
Something useful to recommend
Help clients simplify operations
Many organizations run volunteers across spreadsheets, email, paper sign-in sheets and a separate form tool. You can point them to one system for volunteer records, applications, scheduling, hours and reporting.
Add value without building software
Consultants, agencies and grant writers often spot the volunteer problem first. When a client's needs match what VolunteerFlow does, you have something concrete to recommend, and we handle the product side.
Work with the VolunteerFlow team
Approved partners can introduce organizations to us directly, set up a demo for a client, or ask us questions about whether VolunteerFlow fits a situation before recommending it.
Referral benefits
Approved partners receive the current referral terms after acceptance. We do not publish rates here, and no referral benefit applies until you have agreed to the VolunteerFlow Partner Program terms.
A good fit if you work with nonprofits
Partners include nonprofit and technology consultants, web and marketing agencies, grant writers, fundraising and volunteer-management consultants, associations, membership networks and community foundations. You might be a fit if:
- You advise nonprofit organizations
- You help nonprofits improve their operations
- You build nonprofit websites or technology
- You help organizations recruit and manage volunteers
- You provide fundraising or grant-writing services
- You work with animal rescues or shelters
- You serve veterans organizations
- You support churches, schools or community groups
- You run a nonprofit association, network or community foundation
- You plan events that rely on volunteers
Five steps, no software to learn
Apply
Tell us about your work and the organizations you serve. It takes about five minutes.
Get approved
We read each application ourselves. Not every application is accepted; we look for people who already work closely with nonprofits.
Refer organizations
Approved partners get a personal referral link. It works on any VolunteerFlow page, so you can send people straight to what fits them.
We handle the product conversation
The organizations you refer can explore the site, use the free tools, book a demo or start a free trial. We answer their questions.
The referral is recorded
When someone who arrived through your link books a demo or starts a trial, the referral is recorded under your name in our system.
Pages worth sending
Your referral link works on any of these, so the organization lands on the page that matches its question.
What happens next
You get an email confirming we received your application. A member of our team reads it, and may reply with questions. If your work is a good fit, we email you your referral link and the current program terms. Approved partners agree to the current VolunteerFlow Partner Program terms before any referral benefits apply.
Approved partners can also choose to be listed in our public partner directory, so nonprofits looking for help can find them.
Whether or not you apply, you are always welcome to introduce an organization to us by email.
Common questions
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. There is no fee to apply.
Do you pay referral commissions?
Referral terms are shared with approved partners. We do not publish rates on this page, and nothing is owed for a referral unless it is covered by the program terms you agree to after approval.
How are referrals tracked?
Your referral link adds a short code to any VolunteerFlow address. When an organization arrives through it and later books a demo or starts a free trial in the same browser, our system records your referral. You can also introduce an organization to us by email.
What do you need from me to apply?
Your name, business contact details, your website and a short description of your work. We do not ask for tax IDs, bank details or client lists in the application.
How do I see my referrals?
Approved partners get a private partner page by email, with no password to remember. It has your links for each page, ready-to-use text, and the referrals recorded under your name.
Know organizations that could use this?
Apply in about five minutes. We will read it and get back to you.
